  • We do not allow the return of delivered products.
  • Upon receiving the products, check and inform us by sending photo evidence within 24hrs if you found any food to be defective. We do not allow any return/exchange after 24hrs.
  • Products to be exchange will need to be packed in their original packaging and be kept in a frozen condition. Otherwise, no exchange will be made.

    You can make payment using SG QR code. Scan the QR code using your banking app to pay via PayNow.


    Alternatively you can enter our PayNow UEN : 200209208H


    Don't forget to put your invoice number as the reference code.


    If you have chosen to pay via Electronic Transfer. Your order will be marked as "Pending" until payment has been received.

    Please make the payment immediately. If we do not received your payment within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled.

    Do not forget to indicate your invoice number during payment to prevent any delay.

    Upon receiving the payment, the status will be change to "Complete" and delivery will be scheduled.

    When you order status is "Complete", it means we have received your payment.

    We will prepare and pack your purchases for delivery.

    Delivery is done within 3 working days from the day of order.

    (In view of the current outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), delivery time may be longer than usual. We seek your understanding during this time. Thank you.)

    Cutting services is only available for certain products.

    The weight of the product is taken before cutting.

    A bandsaw will be used to cut the meat under frozen condition.

    There will be about 3% to 12% wastage depending on your cutting style.

    Smaller portions will have more wastage.
